長良社長您好，此次去日本旅行因為朋友的介紹租用了貴公司的wifi機器，四天的使用過程，機器連線速度流暢、電量基本上也可撐差不多10小時， 價格很合理、寄送過程也很方便，機場取件、回國前再直接投進郵筒就行，整個服務非常非常貼心。 唯一的狀況是Wifi機器本身使用久會有點過熱的情況，但倒是沒有影響到機器的使用。下次再去日本旅遊一定會再次租用貴公司的wifi機器， 也會將貴公司的產品介紹給身邊要去日本旅行的朋友。 |

Hello,thank you so much for your service. I find the wifi to be very useful. I use it for almost the whole day each day of my trip. Except for some underground tunnels in the subway line that the connection is weak, everywhere else is fine :D I would definitely recommend it to my friends the next time they travel to Japan. |

Your services is great and I would keep using your Wi-Fi if I go to Japan again. Actually this is not my first time to use your Wi-Fi. I have a wonderful trip with you Wi-Fi at Hokkaido in 2015/02, Wi-Fi speed was very quick even when we connect 8 device. And there is no any "no service" or weak service place. But this time when I use your Wi-Fi at Okinawa, the Wi-Fi signal become very weak when I went to the place that is northern than 沖繩市 (for example, 恩納村 or 名護市). I can't connect to internet almost 80% a day.Is that because of the 3G/LTE signal is really weak in the north of Okinawa island? Or is because the Wi-Fi machine have some problem in the last few days? (I traveled from south to north) Hope this information is helpful for your service. |

Your device worked well on most of the areas during my trip. In Kochi, on the train from Nakamura to Kochi, the device could not catch any signal during the first half of the train journey. On the train from Okayama to Izumo, signal was gone only occasionally. Overall, it worked well and the battery endured long. I used other devices of other companies before. If I turned it on around 9AM, it usually ran out of battery around 3PM. However, your device lasted all day - from 8AM to 8PM - when I got back to the hotel each evening it still worked. That was really good! Thank you very much! |

Your mobile wifi is very stable and quickly speed during our trip. Whether in hotel or subway in Kyoto. But in Osaka, our hotel near the 本町 subway station is no signal. In additional to this, everytime and everywhere is good for us. Next time travel in japan, we will rent nagara wifi router again. And do you also support in Okinawa ? Maybe next time we will go here. The mobile Wifi works good at most time of my trip.But it has some little defect annoyed me. 1.It's a little hot when I but it in my bag. 2.The battery endurance is less than my expectation, it can continue work about 5~6 hours. 3.
